CST is both a hands on method of treatment as well as a philosophy about addressing the whole person through a system called your Craniosacral System.
Gentle hands are placed on your body in areas where tensions are observed. As I move though a series of holds, I feel your craniosacral rhythm, bones, and other structures that may need slight adjustments.
This is unique, gentle, and effective in the treatment of a wide range of symptoms and issues.
Results clients report - feeling less anxious, increased clarity in decision making, reduced physical tension, and a profound sense of self-worth.
During these sessions you are fully dressed, facing upright, and supported during the treatment.
Sometimes a short meditation is used to ground and relax you first.

My therapeutic massage offering is designed to reduce muscle tension in painful and troublesome areas of the body. Addressing specific issues such as neck, back, and shoulder tension and chronic aches. I blend various techniques to release muscles, fascia, and impinged nerves. I work with strategy, and slowly to unravel tensions.
These sessions can be customized to fit your need for the day. Communicate with me about your goals and we can work that plan together.
