Cancellation & No-Show Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.

In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients and myself, the following policies are honored:

72 hour notice of cancellation prior to an appointment is required.

Cancellations within this window are required to pay the full amount of the service.

No-Show
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a “no-show.”

They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Clients are responsible for paying the full amount of the service that they “missed” and will be sent an invoice.

Late Arrivals
Arriving late will result in a shortened session in order to keep in a steady flow with my time.

However, if you are running too far behind for a session to be beneficial, the therapist will use their judgement on beginning a session.

Clients running late will be required to pay the full amount for the session.

New Policy - 4/14/25

First time clients are required to pay full price for service at time of booking.

$50 Non-Refundable Deposit Required For All Sessions
